About consultations
This is our first time hiring foreign nationals. Can we consult you?
Our staff, who can assist in English, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Indonesian, stand between the workers and the company and support communication. After hiring, we also give advice on how to proceed with onboarding and on retention.
Can we consult you even if we do not understand the system?
Yes, you are welcome to. HITOPI places importance on the transparency of procedures and on providing information. We provide support so that both companies and workers can use the system with confidence.
Scope of our services
What industries do you cover?
For temporary staffing, we cover manufacturing and factories, logistics and warehousing, cleaning and building maintenance, food and service, and occupations employing foreign workers. Please also consult us about industries not listed here, within the scope permitted by law.
Which countries' personnel do you work with?
We mainly work with personnel from Vietnam, Indonesia, Nepal, and Bangladesh. You can also consult us about China, Thailand, and the Philippines on request.
What languages can you assist in?
We can assist in Japanese, English, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Indonesian. Our staff stand between the workers and the company and support communication.
We also accept inquiries in Nepali and Bengali. We respond with the help of local partners, translation tools, and other means.
About our services
Can you handle urgent requests?
We respond promptly to sudden vacancies and to staffing increases in busy periods. Please start by telling us about your situation.
What can we ask a Registered Support Organization to do?
Please consult us about the support we provide as a Registered Support Organization, such as daily-life guidance, housing support, support with administrative procedures, and regular interviews.
Is there follow-up after work begins?
Yes. For temporary staffing, we provide on-site follow-up and retention support after work begins. For job placement as well, we continue to follow up after hiring and give advice on how to proceed with onboarding and on retention.

About consultations
I live overseas. Can I consult you?
Yes. You can consult us whether you live in Japan or overseas. The jobs we can introduce vary depending on your status of residence and your experience to date.
If I consult you, will I definitely find a job?
We cannot promise that. We introduce a job when your experience and wishes match the conditions of a job opening.
What should I write in the form?
Please enter your name, where you currently live (in Japan or overseas), phone number, email address, and the details of your inquiry. Even if what you would like to discuss is not yet specific, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Language and replies
I do not speak much Japanese. Can I consult you?
Yes. Our staff can assist you in Japanese, English, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Indonesian.
We also accept inquiries in Nepali and Bengali. We respond with the help of local partners, translation tools, and other means.
In what language will I receive a reply?
For Japanese, English, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Indonesian, our staff will reply.
For inquiries in Nepali and Bengali, we may reply using translation tools or through local partners.
When will I receive a reply?
Our staff check inquiries on weekdays from 10:00 to 17:00 (Japan time). After checking, we reply in order.
