HITOPI Co., Ltd. is a staffing services company providing temporary staffing, fee-charging job placement, and registered support for Specified Skilled Workers. We support companies and workers through three services based on licenses and registrations, a multilingual team, and networks in Japan and across Asia.

The Structure Behind HITOPI
Multilingual support
Our team includes staff who are native speakers of Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Indonesian. We can also assist in English.
Network of talent and partner organizations across Japan
We have connections with talent communities in various parts of Japan and with partner organizations and related bodies.
Network of talent and related organizations across Asia
We are connected with organizations involved in Specified Skilled Worker personnel and Technical Intern Training in countries across Asia, including Southeast Asia as well as Nepal and Bangladesh.
In-person and online
Interviews with job seekers are available both in person and online. Inquiries from companies are accepted by form, phone, and email, as well as at the Osaka Office.
"Network" refers to cooperation with related organizations and communities. It does not indicate the location of any HITOPI office.

The Head Office handles work related to business operations. The Osaka Office handles business meetings with companies, interviews with job seekers, and visits.

At the Sky Lobby on the 10th floor of the office tower, please change to the high-rise elevators and come to the 27th floor.
There is no dedicated parking. If you come by car, please use a nearby pay parking lot.

Three Features of the Office
Directly connected to the station
The office is directly connected to Namba Station on the Nankai Electric Railway. It is also within walking distance of Namba Station on the Osaka Metro, making it easy to reach from across the Kansai region and for visitors arriving from farther away by air or Shinkansen.

There are shared lounge and café spaces where you can talk in a calm setting.
