Continuing Support from Acceptance to Retention

HITOPI supports foreign nationals working under the "Specified Skilled Worker" status of residence so that they can work and live in Japan.

From consultations about daily life to settling into the workplace. Through multilingual assistance and ongoing follow-up, we help build trust between the worker and the company.

What Is a Registered Support Organization?

A Registered Support Organization is an organization that, entrusted by companies accepting Specified Skilled Worker foreign nationals, provides the support prescribed by law. HITOPI is registered with the Commissioner of the Immigration Services Agency.

Main Support Provided

As a Registered Support Organization, we take on the full range of support required by law, including daily-life guidance, housing support, administrative procedures, and regular interviews. We build the foundation for trust between companies and workers.

At the time of acceptance

  • Daily-life guidance
  • Housing support
  • Support with administrative procedures

After starting work

  • Regular interviews
  • Daily-life consultations
We also provide a wide range of support beyond what is listed here. Please contact us for details.

Three Pillars We Emphasize

  1. Transparency

We clearly share how procedures will proceed and the related information. We aim for both workers and companies to be able to use the system with confidence.

  2. Multicultural support

We provide assistance in Japanese, English, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Indonesian, and staff who understand cultural differences provide the support.

  3. Retention support

So that people can work in Japan for the long term, we provide ongoing support for their life as a whole, including housing, daily life, and consultation arrangements.

How We Provide Support

Procedures in line with the system

The Specified Skilled Worker system is closely tied to the Immigration Control Act and administrative procedures. Staff with experience in supporting foreign workers assist with procedures in compliance with laws and regulations.

Matching that emphasizes mutual understanding

Understanding one another across differences in language and culture: we believe this leads to long-term, stable employment. We also confirm the wishes and aptitude of the foreign workers.

Our Mission

Realizing a multicultural society where people live together

This is the future that we at HITOPI aim for. We will help create a society that, beyond nationality, stays close to each person's life, values, and dreams, and in which people and companies can build relationships of mutual trust. Support for Specified Skilled Workers is not simply a matter of complying with a system. We see it as a bridge to a borderless future that connects people and society.
